Through the recommendation of one of our coach clients, we became aware of Snipptec. Since the functionality [of the Snipptec system] is difficult to grasp, we decided to test the system on our own vehicles first. The board computers across our fleet were able to measure fuel savings of 8%. Given this result, we now feel comfortable recommending the Snipptec system to our customers. For the last 3 months, several of our prestigious customers have been using the system and their enthusiasm is ever growing.
After initially being skeptical about the system, I quickly understood which revolutionary invention this must be, if the promised results were even close to being achieved. During my visit to Lippstadt [location of Snipptec] , the system was installed into my Volvo XC60. On my return drive, I felt like I was driving a totally different car. A significantly improved engine reaction time, measurably increased acceleration and a low fuel consumption convinced me that I had made the right choice. After the Snipptec system had achieved such noticeable improvements in my car, I simply had to test what the system would do in my trucks. We conducted a test drive with a fully loaded 4 axle truck (44 ton Volvo). Afterwards the truck was equipped with the system. Measurements during the test drive and after the installation, and the new driving experience were impressive. Despite bad weather and traffic conditions (27 degrees Fahrenheit and snow showers, 5 additional stops), the board computer was able to measure fuel savings of 1.5l/100km. The noticeable increase in average speed from 50.6 km/h to 54.7 km/h (31.6 mph to 34.2 mph) despite the additional 5 stops, and the much quieter engine convinced us. The automatic gear system shifts smoother and less often. The overall noise level of the engine was noticeably reduced.
I have known this system practically since its inception and was immediately impressed. Snipptec has convinced me with their performance. We have equipped our entire fleet and are completely satisfied with Snipptec.
Our first contact with this system came through the company Verpa for whom I was supposed to test a new fuel savings system. During this test I was able to measure a distinct change in the torque buildup of the test truck. I, as a driver coach, was able to save 1.5L/100km. The long term results of this system are outstanding.
I was first confronted with the system at the end of 2008 and was initially very skeptical. At this point, I had tested multiple fuel savings devices and none had met my expectations. The Snipptec system, however, has convinced me: we consistently save about 2.5l/100km.
We had heard about Snipptec through our motorsports contacts. We initially equipped one of our race cars with the system. The outstanding results with regards to performance and fuel savings made this an interesting option for our truck fleet. We were able to achieve superior results in this area as well. Our entire fleet has been equipped with the Snipptec system for about 3 years now, and by adding the new BlueShot, we are saving about 3l/100km in diesel fuel. That leaves the only comment: an outstanding product.
In September of 2010 I heard through the company Witteler about a new system which apparently saves fuel in vehicles and heating systems. After a short test with Snipptec, we installed the systems in two company vehicles and in one modern Viessman heating system. The results from the company vehicles were quickly available and convinced me. However, the results from the installation into the heating system are amazing. We compared the energy input at the flowmeter with the energy output (sum of all individual values at digital unit counters) before and after the installation of the system. We were able to measure a long term savings effect of 25%. Simply unbelievable, we were able to save almost 1,800 liters (475 gallons) of heating oil. For the first time ever, we were returning money to our tenants because their pre-payment was too high. This despite the fact that oil prices had increased. Ina addition, we have noticed that the burner no longer needs to be cleaned, apparently incineration is a lot cleaner.
We have been using the Snipptec system for over a year now. Initially, we were very skeptical. However, after the installation of the Snipptec system, the first test drive made it clear that the engine sound volume, especially of the cooling units, and the acceleration, were positively impacted. After equipping our trucks (from Sprinter Van to Mercedes Benz Actros) and our diesel cooling units with the Snipptec system, we were able to calculate fuel savings of 8%. Rides during the summer (fully loaded, diesel cooling constantly running) we were able to achieve fuel consumption of less than 20 liters per 100km. All in all we are very pleased with the results achieved by the installation of the Snipptec system.
Due to the constant increases in energy costs, we are always on the lookout for technical solutions to counterbalance this trend. There are many companies on the market that make grand promises on paper and don’t deliver, so our immediate question was “does this really work?” Snipptec, represented by Mr. Andreas Gesslein and engineer Ferenc Zsengeller, convinced us not only with their impressive references and customer testimonials, to take this product seriously but demonstrated to me, the person in charge of the technical department in Linz, the capabilities of the system by installing it into my company car, a Mitsubishi Outlander Diesel. The change was immediate. The typical “Diesel knock” was gone. Despite the fact that my car was already well driven in, I have always had an issue with the acceleration, some “turbo lag” was present. The installation of the Snipptec systems resulted in an immediate increase of torque at the lower rpm range. However, what excited me even more, was the improved engine elasticity and the much earlier throttle response of the engine, regardless of load level. I was able to test the system on my daily commute from the office to my home (27.2 km). I was able to reduce my fuel consumption consistently by 1 liter (from 8.5l/100km to 7.5l/100km). For me as a technician, the effects and results of this system, such as efficiency and economy are very real and noticeable.
We have been customers from the start after another company alerted us to this new technology. The change in driving dynamics and fuel savings demonstrated by Snipptec convinced us. We have now equipped our entire fleet (cars and trucks) with the system. In addition, we intend to utilize 70% of the [installed] Snipptec system from retired vehicle in new vehicles. The sustainability and high customer service quality of Snipptec speaks for the company.
8% fuel savings across the fleet, noticeably improved reaction and much smoother vehicle operations completely convinced us with regards to the system. The flexibility and professionalism of Snipptec underscores their competence – we are more than enthusiastic.
A Mercedes Benz dealer which uses the system himself, alerted me to Snipptec. Since the system does not interfere with the engine mechanics and electronics, and its effects can be easily demonstrated in a simple test drive, I decided to set up a meeting with Snipptec. I immediately realized that this system must indeed generate diesel fuel savings. On a test course with an incline, I was able to drive in 1 gear higher and I lost less speed. During each drive we used cruise control to assure constant conditions. I have now been using the system for 4 months across my truck fleet and am completely sold on it. I save 3.5 liters of diesel per 100km, and pulling power increased significantly, resulting in less gear shifting.
I have had the Snipptec systems installed in my vehicle for quite some time. What I find most remarkable, is the improved pulling power of the engine. The engine has more power across the entire rpm range. Everything seems more harmonic and feels like one unit. Fuel consumption has gone down as well. I’m convinced and can only recommend it!
Initially, I had an extremely skeptical attitude towards the Snipptec products. My skepticism only increased, once they showed me with which “voodoo products” they were claiming to achieve the performance improvements. Well, my comment after thoroughly testing the Snipptec system was “My vehicle (Audi Q7, 3.0 TDI) now has the dynamic of an ICE [Inter City Express; Germany’s high speed train], and now only uses 8.5liters/100km … and I don’t always drive slowly!
My race engineer first confronted me with the Snipptec system during the 2014 Eifel race on the Nürburgring. We went through our standard program of events and drove the first training as usual [without the Snipptec system]. However, after the first training, my race engineer showed up with the Snipptec system components. Discussions and question marks ensued when he proceeded to install them into my RSR. The time from the second training was set. The clock showed a lap time improvement that I better don’t mention here. What was particularly “crazy’”, was the impact the chassis components of the system had on grip. And the steering power of the front axle increased so much, that it was nearly impossible for me to hold on to the steering wheel of my RSR without power steering.
Initially, I was very skeptical about the Snipptec system. However, the system convinced me as soon as we implemented the first test with our race car. The significantly improved reaction time, the increased torque across the entire rpm range and the 10% fuel savings opened completely new doors for us from a strategic point of view. One can now drive the previously weak engine in an entirely different rpm range. The engine, which is still in its factory sealed state, is noticeably quieter, muffled, and runs cleaner and unobstructed. A special thanks to the guys from Snipptec who, through their down to earth and friendly cooperation, allow for further fine-tuning of the system. In addition, they contributed to our overall victory of the 2013 VLN. Thank you!
My initial contact with the Snipptec system was through Frikadelli Racing. For the first race, we initially tested the engine optimization during the free practice session. This immediately excited me, as the engine acceleration improved noticeably. It took a little while before we were able to determine the right setup for the chassis. However, once we had determined the right setup, we immediately noticed a significant improvement of the grip level. It is interesting how even the smallest modification in the installation of the Snipptec system will significantly change the vehicle dynamics.
I find it fascinating that Snipptec is able to adjust the hardness of the chassis without touching a single screw. I’m completely convinced.
I first heard of Snipptec at the end of 2014 through my team at the time, “Black Falcon”. As the current “Black Falcon Junior”, I was supposed the test the Snipptec system during a VLN race on behalf of the Black Falcon team. The changes in the chassis were already very impressive and I could immediately notice an improvement in the [tire] grip. What I found interesting was the change in the system over several laps. From the first lap, I noticed an improvement in the initial stroke steering. The grip level on the front axis improved with increasing lap counts, so that the typical understeering on the Grand Prix track, particularly in the area of the Mercedes Arena, never occurred. I was thus able to quickly generate a few tens of a seconds in savings, and significantly improve my lap time.
Snipptec introduced themselves to us in 2014 as a potential new sponsor for us in the Red Bull Air Race. I initially viewed the Snipptec guys and their unusual products with great skepticism. However, their products demonstrated such a noticeable difference on Matthias’ plane and my vehicle, that we immediately invited them to Las Vegas to support our next race. We ended up getting on the winner’s podium in Las Vegas, so were more than satisfied. Great work guys and thank you for your support!
The Snipptec team introduced itself to us in 2014. The personal chemistry between us race drivers was immediate, but I was initially very skeptical about the system. However, we decided to give it a try, to figure out how the system performs. During fair weather, I flew a few a few air acrobatics with my old RedBull Air-Race Airplane and tried to determine the stall speed at the limit [without the Snipptec system]. As a first step, they only installed the system to the wings of the airplane and I took off again. To my great surprise, the stall speed dropped by several knots. As a second step, the guys also installed the system in the engine. During takeoff, I immediately noticed a quicker liftoff. I landed again after a few minutes, opened the cockpit, and exclaimed “Amazing!”
My first contact with the Snipptec system occurred in 2009. The initial results surprised me. In prior years, I had already competed successfully among the top third of the Supercart series. In 2010, I was able to benefit from the full system and became the superior European Champion of the European Superkart Series. A recent result from the racing weekend in the Lausitz shows the superiority of the Snipptec system. I was able to achieve a new lap record. A time of 1:43.774 means that I was exactly 1.8 seconds faster than the rest of the field.
At the beginning of the year, I got introduced to the Snipptec system. One by one, the individual system components were installed into the vehicle. Each component delivered measurable results for the Frikadelli Porsche (911 GT3 R). The optimization of the motor resulted in a better acceleration and a higher average speed on the straight parts of the race track. In addition, we were able to measure fuel savings of approximately 0.8 liters per 25km. Through the optimization of the chassis [Snipptec’s tire modules], average speed in slow and mid speed bends increased. Lateral acceleration increased by up to 0.35G! After another optimization of the aerodynamics, speed in fast bends increased and lateral acceleration improved by up to 0.3G.
My first contact with Snipptec occurred at the VLN (Association of Nürburgring Endurance Cup Organisers). The guys from Snipptec had been working on the [Porsche] GT3 R all day when I was allowed to move the car for the first time. Until then, I did not really have a good understanding of what they were planning to do. This is not a race car, this is a space shuttle and Give me a 7th gear were my first spontaneous comments via radio to the box when I drove the car. Now that Snipptec has also modified the [Porsche] GT3 RS, driving the Döttinger Höhe at 300km/h [188 mph] is no problem! In addition, I can now get an extra round out of a full tank!
